Hey guys! So today’s video is about tips for clearer skin! It is one of the other most requested videos after I mentioned that I broke out like crazy earlier this year and a lot of you asked me how I cleared my skin. I waited it out for a while just in case my skin break out again. Anyway my skin was so broken out that I was considering going on oral medication. I wanted to try everything I can before I go for medication and what I talked about in the video today are the things that I follow through and it worked for me!
Some people also try to incorporate zinc tablets and Vitamin B6 and multi Vitamin B tablets to help to control acne. I didn’t go for that and some people try cod liver fish oil too. I try to eat more food that are rich in zinc like oysters. I try my best to take everything from natural source. I eat at home most of the time, 5-6 days a week so that I know what I put inside my body! I really do believe that what you eat is what you are. Your skin, your body and your well being has a lot to do with what we eat especially if you have sensitive guts. I have a ” leaky gut” so I have to make sure I take care of my poor guts!
