Kyoto is a beautiful place, a place full of historic treasures. I love that it is so different here compared to Osaka and Tokyo! Although my food experience here wasn’t as great, but it is still awesome. The photos in this post are mostly from the eastern side of Kyoto. It is truly amazing here, 2.5 days here was definitely not enough. I hope you enjoy this post and plenty of photos of this beautiful city with the link below!
Most of the subsequent photos are taken after entering this gate at Eastern Kyoto. A cold green tea to cool me down. It was so hot! Can’t imagine how the girls feel packing on layers of clothing and kimono. I think we are at the preserved historic streets now. Had a refreshing green tea drink and udon in the little shops at the preserved historic streets on the way to Kiyomizudera temple! I can’t imagine how crowded it would be during cherry blossom period! It was quite crowded when I was there. Kawaii! Kiyomizudera temple during sunset. <3 We had shabu shabu for dinner on the streets of Gion. It was really good! Had to take a photo of this one. Too cute!
