Hey everyone! So my workout videos are some of the most requested videos especially the ones that we can do at home. I decided to share some of my favourite moves to get that nice round booty and these are glute isolation exercises for home. You don’t need any weights, but you can always add some weights if you feel that this is too easy. In the video I’ve shown how to DIY your own weights, or purchase some ankle weights. Anyways so I do some of these exercises as warm up exercises before I hit the weights. It’s also best to stretch your harmstring before doing any heavy weights too. I also like to incorporate these exercises when I’m overseas or when I’m too busy to hit the gym. Just do it on the ground or on the bed if you wish to! haha. I normally do leg/glute exercises twice a week. I rarely do it more than twice because I like to give them some rest! haha. Try these exercises out because they are really great to tone your butt and also if you add a bit of weights on your leg, it will grow a bit quicker too.
