Happy Sunday everyone! I have been spending the last couple of days just relaxing with the bf. My bf is generally really busy too so we both put sometime aside this time just to chill. He is going to be extremely busy starting next week and so will I. I am going to miss sleeping in and just watch some tv series and not feeling guilty about it. I can’t seem to sit down and just chill without feeling guilty. I prefer to do something, whether it’s working, exercising, cooking, and etc. I usually feel really guilty if I don’t do anything! I need to stop feeling that way and set some time aside just to CHILL! That’s something I need to change this year too.
I haven’t actually sit down and think about what are the goals I want to set for the year. I don’t even know whether I’ve completed the ones I had last year. I would like to think that I did 80% of that. This year, I want to work harder but also put some time aside to hang out with friends. I am going to try to have a more balanced lifestyle. I want to work harder at the gym, there are times that I don’t put in 100% at the gym. This year I want to make sure every session is worth my time. I don’t want to do a half ass job at the gym anymore. It can be quite difficult sometimes because there are times that I just don’t have much energy. Anyway those are the things that I have in my mind at the moment. I’m definitely going to refine my list and set more challenging ones!
