Hello from Dubai! Here’s a couple of shots from the first two days here in Dubai. December to March is the best time to come here because the weather now is just perfect. It’s around mid 20s and it’s always sunny! The photo above was taken at “At the Top Burj Khalifa”. This is the tallest building in the world and the view is spectacular!
Here’s someone random who tried to take selfie with all of us. haha.

We had lunch yesterday at Sheikh Mohammed Centre for Cultural Understanding where Sheikh Nasif Kayed talked about Arabic culture. It was very informative and educational, and I’ve learnt a lot. We also explored around Old Dubai.
I haven’t taken a boat ride for a while, and I was actually a bit afraid to get on it. I didn’t want to throw up my lunch. Thankfully, the ride was smooth and slow, and probably the most relaxing part of the afternoon, because I didn’t have to walk.
Gold is a very important part of their culture. Emiratis wear a lot of gold and there were countless number of stores selling gold and accessories.
We spent the first evening at China Grill for dinner. It was at the Westin hotel and the food was amazing. Definitely recommend to come here. There was so much food but we were too busy wolfing down the food that I didn’t get to take much photos.
Hope you enjoy the pics, more to come I’m sure of it!
